Hello all, Off to Lunch is taking a short break while I work on exciting plans for the future of the newsletter, our Business Studies podcast and Business Leader magazine.

I want to share part of those plans today. I am hiring a deputy editor-in-chief to work alongside me on building Off to Lunch, Business Studies, and Business Leader magazine, as well as new digital and audio products. This is a pivotal role for building the business. It involves helping to develop and expand our content across all media formats and producing agenda-setting news, features, and interviews.

This is one of the most ambitious and exciting projects in the media industry and offers a rare opportunity to rethink how business content is presented. We are looking for cutting-edge thinking, radical ideas and high-quality content. That is a demanding set of requirements, which is why I have advertised the role rather than trying to hand-pick a candidate.
